Privacy Policy

As far as personal data (e.g., name, address or email addresses) is being collected on our sites, this always happens, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. The use of the products and services is, wherever possible, always enabled without the provision of personal data. Any necessary data will only be processed by us as required and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

In accordance with article 4 no. 1. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e., the General privacy policy Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), “processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, filing, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

With the following privacy policy declaration, we inform you in particular about the kind, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, insofar as we decide either alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of such processing. In addition, we inform you below about the third-party components we use for optimization purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data on their own responsibility.

Our privacy policy declaration is structured as follows:

I. Information about us as the responsible party
II. Rights of users and data subjects
III. Information on data processing

II. Rights of users and data subjects
With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to confirmation of whether data relating to them is being processed, to information about the data processed, to further information about the data processing and to copies of the data (see also article 15 of the privacy policy Act); the correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also article 16 GDPR); to the immediate erasure of the data concerning them (see also article 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, as far as further processing is necessary according to article 17 (3) GDPR, to the restriction of processing in accordance with article 18 GDPR; to the receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and to the transfer of these data to other providers/controllers (see also article 20 GDPR); to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of privacy policy provisions (see also article 77 of the GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of articles 16, 17 (1), 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, in accordance with article 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data relating to them, insofar as the data is processed by the provider in accordance with article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.

III. Information on data processing

Your processed data while using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information is provided below on individual processing procedures.

Contact requests / contact options

If you contact us via the contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your inquiry. The provision of the data is necessary for the processing and answering of your inquiry – without the provision of this data we cannot answer your inquiry or at best only to a limited extent.

The legal basis for this processing is article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted if your inquiry has been conclusively answered and the deletion does not conflict with any legal obligations to retain data, e.g., in the case of a possible subsequent termination of contract.

The data collected in this way is temporarily stored, but not together with other data about you.

This storage takes place on the legal basis of article 6, paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.

This data is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is exempt from deletion in whole or in part until final clarification of an incident.
